Ajira za walimu wa shule za msingi  na sekondari zilizotolewa julai mwaka huu  jumla ya Walimu 4,840 waliopangiwa vituo vya kazi kwenye Shule mbalimbali za Msingi na baadhi kwenye Shule za Sekondari nchini.

Ajira za walimu wa shule za msingi  na sekondari zilizotolewa julai mwaka huu  jumla ya Walimu 4,840 waliopangiwa vituo vya kazi kwenye Shule mbalimbali za Msingi na baadhi kwenye Shule za Sekondari nchini.

Ajira za Walimu hizo zilizotolewan zinawataka walimu waliopangiwa vituo vya kazi kuripoti katika Ofisi za Wakurugenzi wa Halmashauri zilipo shule walizopangiwa na baadaye kuripoti kwenye Shule walizopangiwa. Walimu wote wanatakiwa kuripoti kwenye vituo vyao vya kazi kuanzia tarehe 23 Julai, 2018 hadi tarehe 7 Agosti, 2018 wakiwa na mahitaji yafuatayo:

(i) Vyeti halisi vya taaluma vya Kidato cha Nne na/au Kidato cha Sita;

(ii) Vyeti halisi vya kitaaluma vya mafunzo ya Ualimu katika ngazihusika; na

(iii) Cheti halisi cha kuzaliwa. Walimu wote waliopangiwa vituo vya kazi wanaelekezwa kuwa:

Mwajiriwa atakayeripoti na kuchukua posho ya kujikimu kasha akaondoka katika kituo chake cha kazi alichopangiwa Serikali itamchukulia hatua kali kwa mujibu wa sheria na taratibu zilizopo; na
Hakuna Mwalimu atakayekubaliwa kubadilisha kituo kwa sababu yoyote ile. Kila mwajiriwa mpya anapaswa kuripoti katika kituo chake alichopangiwa na si vinginevyo.

Ajira za walimu wapya zinaambatana na sharti kuwa ambao watashindwa kuripoti katika vituo walivyopangiwa nafasi zao zitachukuliwa na Walimu wengine 5,220 wenye sifa waliokosa nafasi.

Job Setting:
The incumbent will be stationed in Kasulu, Kigoma (at UNHCR office premises) and on a day to day basis, will coordinate the implementation of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), and Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) activities in Nyarugusu, Mtendeli and Nduta refugee camps; and in the host community. He/she will also attend all coordination/working group meetings and other critical forums where appropriate. The incumbent will be under the direct supervision of the Assistant Representative.
Job Purpose:
The Programme Coordinator-SRHR provides support to the country office in: providing technical assistance to implementation, monitoring and supervision of the programme in Kigoma both development and humanitarian-funded SRHR and VAWC activities. The incumbent will be guided among others, by work plans with implementing partners and the UN Kigoma Joint Programme in support of the host community, while building collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MOHCDGEC) and other organizations working in Kigoma and in the Refugee camps, to monitor, document and report on the programme.
Education:
An Advanced University Degree in public health, family health, health research, global/international health, health policy and/or management, environmental health sciences, socio-medical, health education, epidemiology or other health related sciences is required.
Knowledge & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in humanitarian planning and management and/or in relevant areas of health care, health emergency/humanitarian preparedness, in a developing country is required. Relevant humanitarian field experience and having worked in any UN system agency or organization is an asset.
Languages:
Fluency in English language of the duty station; knowledge of French or any other UN working language is an added advantage.

Primary responsibilities;

Generating Local and International Purchase Orders

FURSA ZA SCHOLARSHIPS ZIKIZOTANGAZWA NA WIZARA YA NISHATI NA MADINI




1. INTRODUCTION
Applications are invited from committed, motivated and qualified Tanzanians to apply for postgraduate studies in the one of China’s best Oil and Gas Universities – the China University of Geo-sciences (Wuhan).

Sponsorship will be in the fields of oil and gas. The scholarships will be processed in collaboration with the Embassy of China in Tanzania and will be awarded to the best twenty (20) candidates.

MODE OF SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

2. ELIGIBILITY
a) Applicants must be a citizen of United Republic of Tanzania and be in good health;
b) Applicants must be holders of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations and Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from recognized universities;
c) The age limits for Bachelor, Master’s and PhD applicants should not be older than 25, 35 and 40 years respectively;
d) Applicants will be required to pay for a ticket to China; other costs will be paid by the Government of China including return ticket; and
e) Applicant once awarded scholarship, will not be allowed to decline for any reasons.

3. MODE OF APPLICATION

3.1 Interested applicants should write a letter of application to The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy in which they should state their academic and practical background in the fields of oil and gas; level of studies they wish to pursue (Bachelor, Masters or PhD); why they should be offered the scholarship; and how they will use their knowledge for the benefit of the nation.

3.2 The candidates can download all the materials needed for the applications on the official website of China Scholarship Council http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org

3.3 Apply online for the scholarship through http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org not later than 25th March, 2018.

3.4 All applications should be addressed to:

a) Two copies of application forms printed from online applications;

YOUR POSITION WITH TNC
The Operations Administrator will work as part of a team within a Business Unit coordinating tasks related to one or more functional activities, such as operations support, procurement, meetings management, special events, training, volunteer programs, etc.This Position is based in Arusha, Tanzania.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Operations Administrator will work towards meeting the strategic priorities of the program by implementing tactics for approved plans, and completing day-to-day tasks and activities. S/he may be responsible for planning and execution of logistics for special events and/or meetings, purchasing, central filing, mailroom operations, facility management, telecommunications, and/or reception. S/he may assist with the recruitment, training, and recognition of program volunteers, and may direct the activities of volunteers. In addition, the Operations Administrator may perform Information Systems, Human Resources, and Finance administrative tasks, including processing forms, preparing reports and forecasts, and monitoring and preparing budgets. S/he will respond to inquiries about program activities, create program materials, and draft correspondence. S/he is well versed in the systems and resources utilized by the team in order to execute assigned tasks.

S/he will maintain, track and research data, produce and review reports, and perform program analysis. The Operations Administrator provides guidance in satisfying administrative requirements based on extensive knowledge of policies and procedures. S/he will provide support and targeted training related to the functional area of the team. S/he will implement processes and practices in order to improve effectiveness. The Operations Administrator will communicate with staff in various programs across the Conservancy; as well as with donors, volunteers, vendors, and business relations. 2. JOB PURPOSE
To coordinate all e-Commerce activities through engaging and expanding Company's capabilities in - social media, emails, e-marketing, affiliate sales, and web experience. The candidate will work closely with all aspects of the business including events, - design, and leadership in developing a comprehensive e-commerce presence.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Analyse e-commerce transactions and site performance behaviour to enhance customer experience and recommend changes to improve customer retention and conversion.
Develop, supervise, and implement multi-channel marketing calendars to coincide with other company initiatives and campaigns across social media, on-site marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing channels.
Prep re reports to track all activities on all company's social media platforms such as website, lnstagram, YouTube etc, perform tests and assist in website conversion improvements
Oversee and coordinate all e-commerce related ad spend across demand channels including, but not limited to, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Bing, and Remarketing platforms
Responsible for the online marketing activities aimed at increasing relevant traffic flow and sales conversion using Display, email marketing, social media and affiliate campaigns, ensure delivery of all campaign applications on time, to budget and to the highest standard
Continuously Monitor Competition Track, Understand Market Dynamics through Market working & Market Analysis.
Developing and implementing initiatives to increase e-Newsletter subscribers to achieve targets
Interaction and me managing synergies with other departments for product -launch and for disseminating info of new product/initiatives. Monitor product performance and analysis of product success/failure
Coordinate training of stake holders and ensure contact center, frontline sales and marketing are well versed with ATCL e-commerce products.
Run programs for enhancing acquisition revenue and ensure good channel satisfaction scores
Implement ATCL policies for Sal and Heakhy and monitor practices in relation to staff wellbeing.
To create and maintain good business relationship with all stakeholders by providing timely information and updates for required reporting or/and decision making processes

USAID PROTECT is a 5-year activity that will end in March 2020. We are recruiting a Communications Team Leader in Dar es Salaam.

COMMUNICATIONS TEAM LEADER - Dar es Salaam

The USAID PROTECT Communications Team Lead will be responsible for leading communications and outreach for all USAID PROTECT activities; USAID PROTECT's communications grants; and USAID PROTECT's direct support to USAID on biodiversity communications. S/he works with USAID PROTECT Communications Specialist on a day-to-day basis and with other project staff and grantees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all communications/stakeholder engagement activities that directly contribute to the technical objectives of USAID PROTECT Manage implementation of the USAID PROTECT's Strategic Communications Plan; and collaborate with the technical team on their roles in project communications and stakeholder engagement

• Support technical activities related to social behavior change communications campaigns with communications and social media outreach

• With direction from the Chief of Party, liaises with the USAID Development, Outreach, and Communications (DOC) staff on all project branding and marking requirements

• Provide leadership and establish guidance for USAID PROTECT on document formats, including branding and marking in accordance with USAID policies

• Ensure project communications and branding guidelines and best practices are followed by grantees and the USAID PROTECT team

• Edit and format technical reports, contract deliverables, and promotional materials, ensuring clear and concise English language usage and professional presentation

• Prepare quarterly and annual report submissions relating to communications and outreach

• Write press releases, project summaries, fact sheets, social media posts, and other communications materials to highlight project successes and challenges

• Review and finalize success stories prepared by the Communications Specialist

• Provide training to staff in effective photography

• Develop materials and train current and new USAID PROTECT staff on project communications

• Identify key public events and campaigns that USAID PROTECT should be made aware of and/or may participate in, in accordance with the technical objectives of the project

• Identify and supervise external contractors as necessary to successfully implement USAID PROTECT communications activities

• Serve as technical lead for USAID PROTECT communication grants including developing a strategy for USAID PROTECT communication grants, identifying potential grantees and important themes, and providing guidance to partners for the implementation of communications-related grants

• Liaise closely with the USAID PROTECT COP and USAID PROTECT Grants Manager to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the communications grants

• Develop specific communications and outreach strategies, campaigns, and products to support the USAID Tanzania Natural Resources Management Team

• Supervise the Communications Specialist

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required in relevant field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in communications and outreach

• At least 5 years USAID communications experience

• Experience preparing communications plans. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about communications objectives

• USAID donor experience, a plus

• Must be fluent in English, with strong report writing ability

Skills & Abilities

• Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Excel and design software

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong influencing and coaching skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure

NRM POLICY SPECIALIST - Dar es Salaam

The USAID PROTECT NRM Policy Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the project's policy research and advocacy component. His/her tasks will include support an implementation of policy advocacy and research activities under Activity 1: Stronger Policy Research and Advocacy of the USAID PROTECT Project. S/he works with USAID PROTECT Resources, Rights, and Governance Specialist, DCOP and COP.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and timely implementation of Policy, Research. and Advocacy (and cross-cutting) activities, as identified in the USAID PROTECT workplan

• Conduct activities that strengthen the enabling conditions for improved management of Tanzania's natural resources

• Support activities that promote research and analysis to better inform policy makers, implementers, communities, and the donor community to drive a more harmonized, integrated, and enabling environment for sustainable NRM in Tanzania

• Produce high quality NRM information to inform discussion and action at multiple levels of decision making

• Network with NRM stakeholders and support advocacy efforts

• Deliver NRM information, analysis, and recommendations as issues arise and as this information is needed by decision makers and policy makers

• Identify, recruit, and manage local consultants and subcontractors implementing technical activities under Policy, Research, and Advocacy

• Provide monthly status updates on technical implementation both verbally (i.e. staff meetings) and in written format (i.e. monthly implementation plan. USAID PROTECT monthly and quarterly progress reports, USAID PROTECT annual reports)

• Contribute to the development of project success stories and key achievements in collaboration with the Communication Specialist

• Collect and analyze M&E data in collaboration with the M&E and GIS Specialist

• Promote interactions and cross-team exchanges through the mobilization of in-house expertise

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in natural resources management, environmental policies/law, or ecological sciences

• Minimum of 6 years of managerial and/or technical experience in Natural Resources Management Policy, Research, and Advocacy

• Proven experience in undertaking activities aimed at improving wildlife conservation, protected area management (including community-based conservation), wildlife laws, and policies

• Experience working with protected area authorities and ministries managing environment and natural resources

• Ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with officials within the Government of Tanzania

• USAID donor experience, a plus

• Must be fluent in English, with strong report writing ability

JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the position:
To provide high-quality support to WVT leadership for effective Engagement with Government Officials, Donor Communities, International NGos and other partners residing in the capital city of Tanzania or Dar es Salaam
Observe mission and core values of World Vision and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that is an example to others
Major Responsibilities:

Develop and foster relationships with the Government entities, Donor community, key stakeholders, and other entities at large.
Organize, coordinate with Government line Ministries and maintain diaries and appointments for Government Officers with WVT Management and assure that meetings are conducted as per schedule
Liaise with relevant Government departments and WVT staff to prepare/arrange meetings/workshops venue and logistics where WVT is a lead actor
Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of WVT while demonstrating elements of WV Core values and maintain thorough knowledge of World vision, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact
Facilitate timely availability of WV Program Documents from relevant departments and compile for sharing as requested by partners or advised by WVT management
Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between World Vision Tanzania, Government of Tanzania and the other entities.
Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between World Vision Tanzania, Government of Tanzania and other working partners.
Take meeting minutes and disseminate reports generated after meetings with key Partners
Make follow up on implementation of the recommendations made from the organized meetings with partners
Support administrative issues to all programs within assigned cluster
Attend any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
Minimum Qualification required
Bachelor degree in International Relationship, Public Relationship, Marketing or related fields.
Postgraduate Degree will be added advantage
Experience: 3+ yrs in related fields
