MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Total Energies Jobs Description
- Carrying out Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of plant and equipment as per laid down procedures / OEM recommendations.
- Assist in procurement and contracting process of spares and consumables / repairs and services.
- Maintenance of Engineering Store and plant consumables. Periodic monitoring of the stock. Management of critical spares
- Responsibility of HSE adherence & use of PPE during maintenance process.
- Report any incident / hazard to immediate Plant Manager
- Active participation in emergency response plan & emergency preparedness.
- Strict adherence to work permit system and procedures.
- Hazard identification and awareness in maintenance activities
- Monitor work carried out by external contractors
- Management of maintenance process with respect to ISO standards
- Preparation and tracking of Management of change.
- Management of MX Tool

- Daily communication and reporting for all operational, HSEQ and maintenance/ project activities with Plant Manager
- Communication & coordination with production department for equipment availability for maintenance purpose
- Communication with purchase department for spares, new equipments
- Communication with external vendors for AMC, calibration, fire extinguisher/ weighing balance stampings/ certifications
Candidate profile
- Atleast 2 years’ experience in hands-on maintenance preferably in lubricants/ oil manufacturing plant esp. Pumps, thermic fluid heaters, compressors stc
- Degree/ diploma in either of engineering discipline – mechanical/ electrical/ instrumentation
- Basic computer skill, supervisory, manpower utilization skills, trouble shooting of equipments. – autoCAD knowledge preferable.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000
Production Coordinator – Grease

Job Description
- Directly responsible for the safety of all production personnel, equipment in his area & the consistent enforcement of all safety and security programs and regulation.
- Meet Grease Production deliverables in an incident free manner, efficiently and reliably while ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable OE – (Operation Excellence), HSEQ and local statutory requirements through; –
a). Daily tailgate and Production Planning meetings
b). Safe Product transfer
c). Inventory management (loss/gain control within target of maximum 0.5%) - Monitor the day-to-day work schedule for the grease production and review schedule achievability and execution of the grease production program.

- Liaison with the laboratory to enforce adherence to the product quality.
- Implement the recommendations and action plans raised from plant Mission, management site tours & daily walkabout reports in tank farm and blending section.

Candidate profile
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree preferable in Mechanical/Chemical/Process/Production Engineering with at least 2 years work experience in Manufacturing/Operations/Production from Refining/Chemical Manufacture/Power plant/Petroleum industry.
- Demonstrate technical Competence in Production process Control parameters and its influence on the processes.
- Thorough Knowledge of Stock control & movement with high understanding on operating loss/gain investigation.
- Honest, hardworking and ability to handle pressure.
